      We will accept a return only if you do not need the cups anymore and the courier bag is unopened. Read more here
       

    • DELIVERY SCHEDULE

      We aim to have all Silverette orders processed and shipped the same day if recieved before 12 pm, Monday – Thursday. Orders received Fri, Sat & Sun will be dispatched Monday, unless you opt for Sat delivery. Read more here

    • PACKAGING (PLEASE READ)

      In a bid to reduce plastic waste, we use cardboard bubble wrap, which means there is potential for the Silverette boxes to get slightly squashed during transit. This will not affect the cups in any way. If the cups are a gift for someone and you would like extra packaging for your order, please add a note at checkout
